Text: The RW highway from Eureka to Beatrice is being widened 36" and 18" shoulds are added on both sides. Similar work is underway from Trinidad to Big Lagoon. When completed it allow autos to pass without being forced to leave the paved or gravel surface. Gravel + oil being used.
