Place: Pepperwood South Scotia Bridge

Text: A section of Redwood highway from Pepperwood to the South Scotia bridge will be completed by August 1st. It was started in November 1933 by Mercer Fraser and a large number of turns will be removed. In addition, a section of 299 has been constructed whereby a large number of turns were removed and the new road will consist of a oiled gravel surface.
