The estate of the late L. C. Tuttle bequeathed money to the City to improve Sequoia Park highway. So the City Council adopted a resolution to use the bequeathed funds to pave the road thru Sequoia Park. L. C. Tuttle died about 5 years ago (1929). Lucas Case Tuttle
