Text: Several state Highway projects are completed or almost done. One straightened 101 north of Trinidad. Another straightened 101 from Bucksport to Fields Landing. Another involved 3 miles of 101 near Laytonville. 59 turns were reduced to 10 and the minimum radius was increased from 60' feet to 900' feet. The original 101 construction around 1917 when the ADT = 30 - 40. Now its 2,000 - 3,000.
