"Shelter Cove Harbor Bill Signed By Gov. Brown" The bill appropriated $460,000 for the construction of a harbor of refuge. Frank Belotti (R - Eureka) was the author of the bill. Humboldt County will be required to take over operation of the harbor when it's completed. This dev. has been under discussion for about 3 years. Machi brothers granted land for the project.
