Text: Article and photos on Shively. It has recovered from the 55 flood. The road from 101 at the three-mile bridge south of Scotia to Shively was built about 3 years ago. Humboldt County Road crews are now grading Shively's streets, widening roadbeds and resurfacing the main thoroughfares. The Shively Road is closed.
