Text: Article discusses Eel River water diversion to the "bay area" versus to the Russian River. Wells all over the county have been going dry (Sonoma). Snow Mtn & Power Company has proposed to supply water to supply water to the East side communities of the bay would involve cutting all the present flow of water to the Russian River. The 200 MG/D ~ 308ft3/sec which is the max amount through the tunnel to the power house. The 308ft3/sec is about 600 AF/day.
