Text: Southern Pacific Railroad is purchasing R/W north of Eureka. These R/W's were bonded in 1906 by W.H. Taylor, special agent for the railroad. J.L. Buell, R/W agent, was in the area making the last payment for R/W in the neighborhood of Trinidad and BL, which was first optioned by Mr. Taylor in 1906 & the deeds are now being recorded at the courthouse.
