Southwest Airways announced they have received approval from the CAA for scheduled airline usage of the integrated landing system (including FIDO) at the Landing Aids Experiment Station. The officials agreed on a 300' ceiling and 3/4 mi visibility as the minimum pilots are being trained in 21 passenger DC-3's.
