Text: State Engineer Nat Ellery states that works on the Trinity-Humboldt road will begin soon, starting at Peanut. There are 28 miles of road to build at an est $131,000. He has $40,000 available. He expects to build about 12 miles. The Toll Road company has about 7 miles of road built. It would be good to connect the state road to it so it would not be rendered useless.
