Text: The City Council adopted resolutions that declared the state Highway route will enter the city on Broadway and go to 4th and cont. on 4th to the Ryan Slough drawbridge. They adopted a resol. calling for engineers plans and specs for grading and paving Broadway and 4th st. The paving on Broadway would begin at Clark St. The paving all the way through town will be to a width of 20'.
