Lots of grading work is underway up at the State Normal School. A new road is being constructed to the site of the proposed new building ( Founders Hall?). The new building will be built behind the present institution (?). The entire hillside below the Normal School has been graded and plowed preparatory to planting lawns. Stumps have been blasted and removed from the area behind the building. A tract of land has been cleared in the gully below the Normal School which will be used as an athletic field and baseball diamond.
