Text: The State Park Commission passed a resolution of intention to purchase 365 acres at Patricks Point as a permanent addition to the State Park system. This tract has a 1&1/4 mile of beach and extends 3/4 mile along 101. Much of it is open land & is traversed by several private roads. It formerly consisted of different ranches & considerable amount of the land has been cultivation. This is the first piece of land on which the State Park Commission has acted and agreed to purchase with the funds voted to the commission at the last state election.
