Text: The state park commission passed a resolution of intention to purchase the tract of land at Patricks Point consisting of 365 acres. It has a mile & a quarter of ocean beach. Much of it is open country and traversed by several private roads. It formerly consisted of different ranches and considerable of the land has been under cultivation in times past.
