Text: Appl. for 2 more power projects by the Electric Metals Company of S.F. which have been pending before the FPC ever since it was created, will be considered this week. Colonel Kelly, Chief Engr. of the commission, has decided to recommend the preliminary permit. Action has been held up because the State Game & Fish Commission which contended the projects would eliminate one of the last remaining fish streams in the section.
