Under " Supervisor's Proceedings" for 3/22/1926. A resolution was passed opposing the appl. of Snow Mtn Water and Power Company to the State Water Commission, Div of Public Works to divert waters of the South Eel River; said appl. is know in files of said commission as #4788. J.F. Quinn, attorney is hereby employed to assist the D.A. in the defense of said appl. It being understood that Quinn will also appear for the County to prosecute its defense in any proceeding that may occur during said time before the FP Commission at Wash. D.C.
