Text: Water resource surveys will begin on the Eel very soon. Harvey Banks said similar surveys will begin on the Mad, Smith, and Klamath Rivers. Surveys are now being completed on the Trinity. These investigations are authorized by Section 232 of the State Water Code enacted in 1956.
