Text: A survey was made yesterday by surveyor Herrick, for a sewer to be run down the east side of "O" street, from 6th street to the bay. There is a pond hole near the head of the contemplated sewer, where the water stands a good portion of the year, thereby endangering the health of the neighborhood.
