Text: W.C. Elsmore and a crew of surveyors have finished laying out the streets and lots on the 90 acres to be known as South Fairhaven. The 90-acre was purchased from the Minor Mill and Lumber Company by a realty syndicate of Eureka. Elsmore has prepared maps of this addition to Fairhaven.
