A temp. restraining order was granted against Hammond Lumber Co. to prevent the company from digging a trench across the sand bar to allow the water in Big Lagoon to flow to the sea which would lower the level of the lagoon and destroy the safe swimming facil. and natural enjoyment it now offers the people. The suit was filed by Hugh D. Graham.
