Text: The tract know as Marine View Terrace was redeemed by Ernie Pierson through court action. Currently, Ernie Pierson is demolishing the old wartime structures. The tract is bound by Harris on the south, Creighton on the north, Ocean on the west and Spring on the east. The City Mgr. Robert L. Williams met with Ernie and suggested Ernie develop a new subdivision there.
