Text: A transcript of the court proceedings. At the end the court said "The Court thereupon ordered that all defendants have 20 days to proceed." There indictments were issued by the Grand Jury. Earlier changers were made in 1883. The changers are for subornation of perjury in the location of redwood lands in Humboldt county in 1883.
