Large photo of 17'6'' diameter, 11 mile long tunnel that will allow diverted water up to 3200 efs from the Trinity River at Lewiston to flow to the Whiskeytown Reservoir. That reservoir will be constructed on Clear Creek in Shasta County. En route the water will drop 1500' producing 384,300 kw.
