Laborers of the Eureka Water, Street, & Sewer Depts. will work 5 days/week instead of 6 days/week. Their pay will remain the same & the 8 hr/day workday will continue. No overtime will be paid. In an emergency the men will be paid straight time and receive equal time off later.
