Text: Work on making streets on the 30 acre Santa Clara is proceeding well. This tract is located between Myrtle Ave and Ryan Slough, near the brickyard. After the streets have been paved with crushed rock, sewer system installed, concrete sidewalks built along the streets, the lots should be available next spring. The tract is owned and being developed by the real estate firm of Hansen and Noe.
