Work at the Holmes - Eureka Mill Site on Humboldt Bay will begin on a new pulp and paper mill. Some interest is focused on producing gas from Redwood waste. J.C. Stanley, the chemist employed by the company is engaged in performing experiments with the redwood and gathering data. The pulp mill will be completed.
