Text: W.S. Clark and Sons have decided to sell 350 lots in the Clark's South Park Addition. They submitted a map to the Eureka City Council for approval. The tract is bounded by Broadway, Murray, Whipple, and NWP RR. For many years the land was used as a race course and fair grounds.
