Text: Yesterday afternoon the Co. Planning Comm. approved the subdiv. plans of Chester Spiering for 50-100 homes on the Iverson Tract. Meanwhile the Arcata CC took action to annex the tract to the city. Spiering said he would contribute $10,000 toward supplying sewer lines to the subdiv. He also agreed to deed the streets to Arcata provided Arcata obtains ownership contiguous to the prop. by acquiring Q street.
