Get ready for the Annual Staff Appreciation Week Plant Exchange!

If you’d like to share some greenery with your colleagues, now’s a great time to start rooting a few houseplant cuttings or potting up extra plants from your garden.

All staff are welcome—whether or not you bring something to share! Drop by to adopt a plant, enjoy some fresh air, and connect with colleagues from across campus.

Come out and play! 🌟 Whether you're feeling competitive or just want to soak up the sun with a walk around the field, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

🏐 Sports equipment provided – just bring your game face!
🧢 Don’t forget your water bottle, hat, and sunscreen. ☀️💦

Join Staff Council and your amazing colleagues at the Arcata Community Center on Thursday, June 5th, 4-7pm for the annual End-of-Year Staff Appreciation Event. 

We will have food, fun raffle prizes, and recognition of our staff who have been with the university for 5, 10, 20, 30, and 30+ years! DJ Goldilocks will spin some vinyl for us yet again (we triple-dog-dare you to get a dance party going this year) 🎉

Staff Council and the Campus Traditions Committee invite all departments to don your creative hats to decorate your department doors in celebration of all things Cal Poly Humboldt!

It’s that time of year for costumes, fun, and some Halloween treats! The Staff Council is excited to invite you to our Staff Halloween Potluck on Thursday, October 31st from noon to 2 PM at the Great Hall.

We have a spooky lineup for the day:

• Halloween-themed potluck starting at noon 
• Costume Contest with prizes at 12:30 PM – come dressed in your best Halloween attire!
• Drinks and desserts will be provided!

Let’s celebrate the spirit of Halloween together with good food, fun costumes, and great company.

We hope to see you there for some Halloween cheer!
