Make-Up Exams are a 2-Step Process:

1. Receive Approval from your Instructor.
2. Receive Approval from a *CAREs Advisor

• Course:
• Instructor: 
• Tentative Date:
• Tentative Time:

*If you are a student registered with the disability office, please email sdrc@humboldt.edu to receive approval for a Make-Up exam.
