Dear Colleagues,

It’s go time! The WSCUC Review Team is on campus today, kicking off three days of meetings and conversations. This is an exciting moment for our campus community and a chance to share the story of our work together.

Tomorrow, we invite you to participate in the Staff, Student, and Faculty Open Forums:

• Staff Open Forum: Thursday, April 16, 8:15–9:00 am, Great Hall (breakfast refreshments provided)

• Student Open Forum: Thursday, April 16, 12:40–1:45 pm, Native Forum, BSS 162 (lunch provided)

• Faculty Open Forum: Thursday, April 16, 2:00–2:45 pm, Great Hall (light refreshments provided)

These forums are an important opportunity to share your experiences, perspectives, and hopes for Humboldt. WSCUC values candid reflection alongside a clear sense of our shared commitment to continuous improvement. Your voice helps ensure their feedback is meaningful and grounded in our lived experience as a campus community.

You may also submit confidential written comments directly to the Review Team at humboldt@wscuc.org.

We also encourage you to join the Campus Exit Meeting this Friday, April 17, 2026, 9:30–11:00 am. Morning refreshments will be available beginning at 9:30 am in the Kate Buchanan Room (GSAC 225), followed by the Review Team’s preliminary commendations and recommendations at 10:15 am. This is a valuable opportunity to hear reflections on our collective work and opportunities for growth. There will be fun and prizes as we celebrate this culminating moment.
