Haylee Wolff

Haylee Wolff is a Humboldt native and has been in the dance community since three years old training in Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Latin, and Tap. In the summer of 2014, she attended Sacramento Ballet’s teen intensive where she improved her knowledge of ballet and in the summer of 2016 she went to ODC’s Contemporary teen intensive and found her interest in choreography. She began her teaching career at Trillium Dance Studio teaching ballet to all ages and levels. During this process, she choreographed many pieces for Trillium’s Winter and Spring shows as well as performed many solos and group pieces. She is now managing Trillium and is a Senior Instructor within their children’s program and new adult program. Haylee graduated from San Jose State University with a B.F.A. in Dance, where she received training in various dance techniques, pedagogy, and choreography. She was also a part of the dance program’s pre-professional company, University Dance Theatre, and has worked with professionals such as Heather Cooper, Raphael Boumaila, Mike Esperanza, Doug Varone and Dancers, and Camille A. Brown and Dancers. She has also had the honor of performing Jose Limon’s, Missa Brevis, restaged by Raphael Boumaila.
