Tour the Pale Moon Brewing Company, and learn about each step of the brewing process from recipe development to serving pints to customers. Accessible and informative to those with varying experience -- from novice to beer snob -- this class will also offer various historical aspects of beer culture and how they contribute to current beer culture, including the interplay of science and art that fuel the instructor's inexhaustible passion for beer. Participants age 21+ only.

Jeff Finn

Jeff Finn has been brewing for 19 years overall, and 14 of those years as a professional brewer in Humboldt County. After brewing for Eel River and Lost Coast, he started Pale Moon Brewing Company in Arcata. He is a passionate brewer with a strong background in water chemistry and recipe development, and currently handles all aspects of brewing and packaging for Pale Moon Brewing Company.
