You will learn and practice a 15-20 minute general movement warm-up program used with clients at Intentional Fitness Institute, along with the science and reasoning behind it.

Brief educational discussions and practical applications will be focused on breath training, pelvic floor training for core and spinal health, TMJ and jaw function, and ocular mobility training. You will also explore techniques that support balance and our equilibrium, as well as strategies that may improve posture, coordination, resilience, and overall movement quality.

Emphasis will be placed on simple, sustainable practices you can easily incorporate into your daily life to improve body awareness, movement efficiency, and overall well-being. This course is appropriate for all experience levels and is intended to help people move, feel, and function better over time.
