Faculty/Staff Parking
Transportation & Parking Services is thrilled to announce a big change coming in Fall 2025: we're moving to virtual parking permits! That means no more decals on your windshield.
Starting July 15, 2025, when you purchase new semester or annual permits through our online portal, your license plate will serve as your permit. It's crucial to make sure your license plate information is accurate when you apply to avoid any issues.

The permit sales portal will open on July 15, 2025, at 8 a.m. Mark your calendars!
Permit Valid Dates:
- Summer: June 1 - July 31
- Fall: Aug. 1 - Dec. 31
- Spring: Jan. 1 - May 31
Payroll Deduct Permits: Payroll deduct permits will transition to virtual permits later in the Fall 2025 semester. We'll share more information about this soon.
Permanent employees or temporary lecturers with a 12-month contract can participate in the payroll deduct program.
Eligible* Staff and Faculty may sign up for Payroll Deduct to cover the costs of their parking permit at the Cashier's Office in SBS on the 2nd Floor.
*Eligible Staff/Faculty must be a State Employee (not an Auxiliary Employee). Faculty are only eligible if they work both Fall & Spring semesters. Hourly/Intermittent Staff, Emergency Hires, and Student Assistants are not eligible for Payroll Deduct.
Parking is extremely limited and the purchase of a permit does not guarantee you a parking location; therefore, we encourage alternate forms of transportation.
