Christina Varian

Lecturer

Christina's research interests include applying a One Health approach to understanding vector-borne zoonotic disease transmission. Her previous research focused on integrating tropical ecology, entomology, anthropogenic land-use change, and food-web ecology to understand how these factors influence Chagas disease transmission in central Panama.  She is currently a Research Scientist at the Integral Ecology Research Center in Blue Lake, CA.
