Brown Bag Lunch Online Presentation with Ann Lindsay, Board President, Life Plan Humboldt, & Kyle Salamon, Sales/Marketing Lead, Humboldt Commons:
Life Plan Humboldt is making progress on development of Humboldt Commons, a senior community in the McKinlvyvile Town Center. Ann Lindsay MD, LPH Board President, and Kyle Salamon, Humboldt Commons Sales and Marketing Lead, will present an update, including architect drawings and information on pricing and amenities.
Humboldt Commons, a Kendal affiliate, is a project of the nonprofit Life Plan Humboldt. More information can be found at humboldt.kendal.org.
As the sales and marketing lead for Humboldt Commons, Kyle Salamon engages with prospective residents with an intentional relationship-based approach, with his first primary objective being to secure the Future Residents Priority Deposits necessary for moving the project toward construction financing. Kyle works closely with the Kendal Corporation and the Life Plan Humboldt leadership team to position Humboldt Commons as a model for intentional aging rooted in community values.
Kyle's background includes sales territory management for a major international company, operations leadership in a family-owned business, and work as a licensed insurance agent and mortgage broker. He also coordinated logistics and promotional activities for artists at a record label. Kyle holds an MBA and a B.S. in finance from New Mexico State University.
