Ali McCall

Ali McCall is a mom of three girls. She has taught yoga since 2009. She is trained in alignment, yoga for mental and emotional health, and in therapeutics and recovery. After becoming a mother, she noticed the importance of yoga for her own mental health and began advocating self-care for moms and families, and teaching the importance of self-care for a healthy family system. She inspires her clients to incorporate a daily self-care practice into their busy lives, and encourages them to model self-care for their families. Ali's mission is to teach her clients how to manage stress and recover from burnout with a focus on mental and emotional health, yoga, strength, and mobility. Ali helps her clients to nurture their resilience, restore balance, and prioritize their well-being.
