Research Interest: Grassroots organization, social movements, environmental justice, and community engagement in immigrant communities

Before the program:  Received a BA in Psychology from Cal State University, Northridge

Worked with SOMOS FAMILIA VALLE, a grassroot, immigrant, and queer focused organization in the San Fernando Valley 

Currently working on Valley Mural Project, organizing and incorporating poetry and imagery works representative of migrant narratives in the San Fernando Valley for a Mural located in Van Nuys.
