Research Interests: Biological anthropology; osteology, forensic anthropology, locating and repatriating unidentified remains found in: migratory borders, areas of natural disasters, and theaters of war (historical and modern). Further interests include digital imaging techniques that advance and aid identification, environmental factors affecting decomposition, and the assessment of osteological trauma (accidental/intentional).
