Jackie Quinones

Jackie Quinones earned her BS in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Maryland in 2022. Since then, she has managed migratory bird banding operations across Ontario and coastal California, partnering with various agencies and academic institutions to study the movement and breeding ecology of threatened and declining species. Jackie's primary research interests center on migration ecology, a field she intends to pursue in graduate school. She is dedicated to mentoring students and sharing her enthusiasm for avian field research with the Humboldt community.
