Mental Health and Incarceration, Re-entry Programs and Continued Services after Incarceration, Disproportionate Incarceration Rates, Recidivism, Societal Impacts Surrounding Incarceration (PIC), and Work/Education/Family roles in society.

Education/Career Goals

Potentially pursue a PhD in Sociology after completing Masters. I would love to teach on some level, and I would really like to have the opportunity to work on obtaining grants for additional funding and services for our currently incarcerated and recently out of incarcerated populations. I would love to work in preventative services and continue to fight for wrongly incarcerated and mentally ill people.
