Join us as we venture into one of the oldest designated wilderness areas with beautiful mountain peaks, lakes, meadows, and streams that will create the backdrop for our adventure! 

Trail Details:
This 5.5 mile out‑and‑back trail takes us to the stunning East Boulder Lake. There is also the option to add more miles and trek deeper into the wilderness to see more lakes and step foot on the Pacific Crest Trail with views of Mount Shasta.

We strongly encourage participants to condition their bodies ahead of time; backpacking is rarely easy, so to ensure the best time, start moving your body now!

Program Fee Includes: Seasoned professional guides who have backcountry medical training, transportation to and from trailhead, backcountry permits, and 4 fully prepared meals (2 dinners & 2 breakfasts). Program fee also includes a backpack, sleeping pad and bag, trekking poles, and numerous other pieces of equipment necessary for the trail.

Pre-Trip: This pre-trip meeting is required if you are registered for this course. The pre-trip not only covers details of the trip, but also fits you to all of the gear that you will need for the duration of the course.
