Membership Information

Membership:

  • Co-Chair: Faculty senator (Elected by Senate)
  • Co-Chair: Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs

Elected Members:

  • Faculty Co Chair 

Appointed Members:

  • 3 Faculty members, appointed by the Appointments and Elections Committee, with preference given to faculty delegates currently serving on the University Senate
  • 1 Academic Dean, appointed by the President
  • 2 Staff delegates, appointed by the Appointments and Elections Committee, with preference given to staff delegates currently on the University Senate
  • 2 Student delegates, appointed by the Associated Students.

Ex-Officio Members:

  • Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs (or designee)
  • Vice President of Administrative Affairs (or designee)
  • Administrative leader for University Advancement (or designee)

Terms:

  • 2 years for Faculty and staff members
  • 1 year for Students 

Duties:

  • Develop and coordinate recommendations for review through the University Executive Committee to the President, regarding all physical aspects of the campus. Includes, but may not be limited to, the assignment of space, building and renovation plans, alteration of the campus grounds, campus planning and design standards, and the prioritization of minor and major capital requests

Voting and Procedural Rights:
Non Voting 

  • Co-Chairs (except that in the case of a tie the faculty co-chair shall vote to break the tie)
  • University Budget Director
  • Institutional Research, Analytics, and Reporting Director
  • Budget Analyst from each Division
