The A.S. Board of Directors follows the Gloria Romero Open Meeting Act of 2000, which requires the agenda with any business items (those of action or discussion) to be posted 72 hours in advance of the meeting. (Also see Gloria Romero FAQ). While we will do our best to accommodate agenda requests, there are instances where agenda content has already be decided in advance of the 72 hour timeline and no additional space is available.
