Tactics include deploying microgrids and clean energy infrastructure (especially for Tribal communities), scaling efficiency and electrification programs for homes and businesses, supporting Tribal- and worker-owned energy enterprises, and advancing bioenergy and waste-to-energy projects.

Tactics include developing regional clean energy hubs and digital platforms, building collaborative research networks that integrate Traditional Ecological Knowledge, conducting public education and engagement campaigns, and providing policy and regulatory support to local governments.
