New Programs Coming Fall 2023

Engineering, Technology, Applied Science, and Science

The new polytechnic programs are highly interdisciplinary and meet the needs of our rural communities, with particular emphasis on underserved populations. They align with the state of California’s goals in areas related to climate resilience and wildfire mitigation, and create access to impacted degree programs in the CSU system that correlate with huge workforce gains. A large emphasis will be placed on authentic engagement and collaboration with tribal/Indigenous communities to leverage their expertise and community practices.
