Annika Botha

Hello, my name is Annika Botha. I’m a second-year Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee in the Counseling Psychology program at Cal Poly Humboldt, where I also earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My work with students is grounded in an interpersonal, humanistic, and client-centered approach, emphasizing an affirming, collaborative therapeutic space that supports clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves and others and in cultivating self-acceptance.

Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy cooking and baking, spending time with my cat, Waffles, and loved ones.
