Bryan Ortega

Hello, my name is Bryan Ortega. I’m a second-year MFT Trainee in the Counseling program at Cal Poly Humboldt. My work with students draws from an integrative approach grounded in relational psychodynamic, gestalt, and humanistic perspectives. My practice is identity-affirming, collaborative, and focused on helping people understand themselves in a deeper, more grounded way.

I hold bachelor’s degrees in Neurobiology and Psychology from UC Davis. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy baking, gaming, and reading.
