Ingrid Zulgis

Hello! My name is Ingrid Zulgis and I am a first year practicum trainee! I earned a BA in Psychology here at Cal Poly Humboldt. I have a background in social work helping foster and unhoused youth achieve self-sufficiency, and I also have experience supporting families and children. I’m passionate about building my practice on the foundation of empathy and genuineness so that clients feel seen. I aim to learn more about how best to support my clients in whatever phase of life they're in and to help them to create meaning in their life. In my spare time I enjoy reading, spending time with my cat and being out in nature.
